A custom event page in your corporate design — your brand colours, your key visual and all the information in one place: programme, agenda, speakers, workshops and more. Registration forms that handle real complexity: workshop selection, accompanying guests, hotel bookings and consent options worded the way you need them. Can also be embedded in your own website as an iFrame.
Planning & Preparation
Structured organisation for attendee groups and their companions. Guest list import with custom markers, or synced straight from your CRM. Multilingual event pages and emails, plus one consistent tone of voice throughout the system — formal or informal, exactly as your brand speaks.
Invitation & Registration
Personalised invitations by email, by SMS or in print — as a QR code in brochures or on posters. Guests register by invitation from the guest list, or through a public event page. One seamless guest journey: RSVPs, waiting lists, time slots, workshops, tickets, reminders and feedback. For international audiences, multilingual event pages and emails are a feature well worth having.
Organisation & Guest Communication
Personal support by email and phone, with fast response times. A real-time overview of who has accepted, who has declined — and who has not replied yet. Automatic confirmations with ticket, wallet pass and entry QR code. Guests can update their own details. Optional: file attachments, calendar entries or invoices. Guest list export at the touch of a button. Questions about the event, change requests or technical hiccups? I am your direct point of contact, almost 24/7.
Check-in & Badge Printing
Accreditation and automated check-in straight from the guest's phone (e-ticket or wallet pass) or from a printed ticket. Your check-in crew needs nothing more than a phone with the scan app — or, if you prefer, sleek self-scan terminals or tablets. Real-time headcount, VIP flagging at the door, separate check-in for accompanying guests. Name badges print automatically. All in one single process.
Attendee Experience
An interactive social wall for photos and comments, plus live polls and push notifications for engagement in the moment. A guest app pulls everything about several events into one place — always to hand for your guests. For a single event no app is needed; every function is mobile-optimised. The guest list can optionally be shown on the event page.
Follow-up & Analysis
Attendee surveys and feedback straight after the event. Photos, downloads and certificates made available to your guests. A clean data export for your reporting — who attended, when and for how long, who cancelled at short notice, who was a no-show. The groundwork for your next event.
GDPR & Security
100% GDPR-compliant: servers in one of Germany's largest data centres, ISO-certified, with a backup in a second German data centre. Regular security audits. Your attendee data is in safe hands. Consent for data protection and for photo or video permissions is collected from your guests directly during registration, worded however you need it.

I prefer to work with guestoo. No tool does everything – what won me over was fair pricing, excellent developer support and, above all, modern, flexible technology without the bloat. My licence gives you professional guest management without ever having to deal with the technology, the setup or the licensing yourself.
You supply the artwork, the content and the guest lists – I take care of everything else. Registration, communication and check-in run largely automatically, which saves time, resources and, above all, a great deal of stress. All data is processed on German servers, the platform is ISO-certified and 100% GDPR-compliant. Consent, whether for data protection or for photo and video permissions, is collected directly during registration.
